I posted about this back in May and it was correct – Target is planning to open 20 new stores in 2011. According to Gregg Steinhafel, Chairman, President and CEO of Target Corporation (TGT) in their Q3 2010 earnings conference call:
In 2011, we expect to set a new record by remodeling about 380 additional stores. Including approximately 20 new store projects…
